Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile and talented professional who excels in 3D modelling, exterior visualization, and VR development using Unity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed and realistic 3D models, producing high-quality exterior visualizations, and developing immersive VR experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, photorealistic 3D models and exterior visualizations for architectural projects.
• Utilize software such as 3ds Max, Sketch Up, Rhino, and V-Ray to create detailed models and renderings.
• Design and implement interactive VR experiences using Unity, ensuring seamless integration with 3D models and environments.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver visual content that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Optimize 3D models and scenes for real-time rendering in VR environments.
• Maintain an organized library of 3D assets, textures, and materials.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in 3D modelling, visualization, and VR development.

Qualifications:

• 1 - 3 years of proven experience in 3D modelling, exterior visualization, and VR development in the architectural industry.
• Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as 3DS Max, Sketch Up, and rendering engines like V-Ray or Corona.
• Strong knowledge of Unity and experience in developing VR applications.
• Excellent understanding of materials, lighting, and textures in both static and real-time environments.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and composition.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work in 3D modelling, exterior visualization, and VR development.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with additional VR platforms and tools.
• Knowledge of animation and post-processing software like Photoshop.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as Auto CAD or Revit.
• Experience in scripting and programming within Unity (C#).
