Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in the USA. As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-notch professionals across various industries and functional areas. Your primary focus will be on sourcing and recruiting candidates for non-technical roles such as sales, marketing, finance, operations, human resources, and more. Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including but not limited to job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques, to identify potential candidates for non-IT positions. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial assessments and screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with the organization. Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews with prospective candidates, providing a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices to attract top talent effectively. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand their recruitment needs, job requirements, and team dynamics. Employer Branding: Assist in enhancing the organization's employer brand by promoting its values, culture, and employee value proposition to attract top talent. Job Postings: Write compelling job descriptions and post them on various job boards and relevant platforms. Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements to the recruitment process. Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates on their application status and ensure a positive candidate experience. Offer Negotiation: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to present competitive offers to selected candidates and facilitate the negotiation process. Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant labor laws, company policies, and industry standards. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter or a similar role in talent acquisition, ideally within the USA job market. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with various industries and non-technical functional areas, understanding the skills and qualifications required for different roles. Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using a range of sourcing techniques and tools to identify and attract qualified candidates. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and communicate with candidates and stakeholders. Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, HR partners, and other team members. Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic recruitment environment. Data-Driven: A data-driven approach to talent acquisition, using recruitment metrics to make informed decisions. Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
