Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and other resources, to identify potential candidates for open positions.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Market Research:
Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to inform recruitment strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers based on research findings.
Database Management:
Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and current information.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all candidate records.
Candidate Engagement:
Initiate contact with potential candidates through email, phone calls, and social media.
Screen and pre-qualify candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
Administrative Support:
Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and managing job postings across various platforms.
Support recruiters in scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and managing recruitment documentation.
Collaboration:
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements of each role.
Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline status.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Prior experience in recruitment, research, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools is a plus.
Skills:
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
