The job of a technical recruiter is to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for US IT and health care positions; the recruiter also reviews, reformat and presents resumes to hiring managers. Responsibilities and Duties · Responsible for handling IT and Health Care Requirements for our direct US-based clients. · Review and understand technical job requirements. · Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates. · Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met and follow up with candidates. · Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions. · Sourcing from Job Portals ( Monster, dice, career builder, techfetch and zip recruiter etc.), Making job postings on the Job Portal. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Power Point, and Excel Education: Bachelor's Degree (Any) Job Type – Full Time Shift- NIGHT (7PM - 4AM) Experience - Fresher to 1 year Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits:
