Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance inquiries, policy details, and claims.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding various insurance products and services.
- Assist in processing insurance claims, renewals, and policy updates.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Stay updated on US insurance regulations and company policies.
- Work in close collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of insurance processes (experience with US insurance is an advantage).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- 5-day working week.
- Exposure to the US insurance market and an opportunity to grow in the industry.
