- Communication skills (Mandatory skill): Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for conveying job roles and responsibilities clearly.
- Candidate sourcing: Proficiency in using various recruitment platforms and tools to identify and attract suitable candidates.
- Interviewing: Experience in conducting effective interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for roles.
- Negotiation: Ability to negotiate job offers to ensure alignment between candidates' expectations and company policies.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant standards, laws, and regulations specific to healthcare recruitment.
- Relationship building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
- Identify and engage with candidates whose skills align with client requirements in the healthcare industry.
- Conduct thorough interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications and experience.
- Facilitate the negotiation and finalization of job offers and employment terms.
- Maintain compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Foster relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to expand the candidate pool.
- Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process ensuring a positive experience.
- Report recruitment activity and results to senior management as required.
