Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have, a good understanding of the healthcare industry, and familiarity with US tax terms related to employment. The Healthcare Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in various roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract healthcare talent.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including posting job ads, conducting interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of healthcare roles and industry-specific requirements.
Familiarity with US tax terms related to employment (e.g., W-2, 1099, C2C).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for a variety of healthcare roles, including nursing, allied health, and administrative positions.
Familiarity with visa sponsorship and recruitment processes.
