Work Experience
8-10 Yrs of Experience with knowledge of MS tools..
JD – Profile – US/Spain supervisor
- Supervise Domestic and Overseas air travel bookings for Spain and US entity
- Supervise Hotel and Events along with rental car bookings for Spain and US entity
- Handle Daily sales report and share with Global head on daily basis
- Work with Finance team and submit the vendor statements with supporting on weekly basis.
- Work on Oracle I expense / credit card submissions
- Share adhoc report for travel as per the requirement.
- Maintain accommodation statements.
- Monthly dashboard for US and Spain to be maintained
- Share weekly report with HR and payroll stakeholder along with consolidated reports
- Share KPI’s for review on monthly basis.
- Maintain and share onsite head count report and consolidated weekly report as per the payroll requirement.
- Work on US shift
