Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Beauty & Wellness Trainer to provide training on various beauty and wellness techniques. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in beauty care, grooming, wellness therapies, and industry best practices. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical knowledge to students to help them build successful careers in the beauty and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct theoretical and practical training in beauty and wellness courses such as skincare, makeup, haircare, nail care, spa therapies, etc.
• Develop and design course materials, training modules, and hands-on workshops based on the latest beauty and wellness trends and standards.
• Provide individual coaching, mentorship, and skill-building support to students.
• Ensure students develop industry-standard competencies and help them in achieving certification.
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students to track their progress and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, products, and innovations in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Maintain training records and attendance reports of students.
• Collaborate with the academic team to develop curriculum and update training methodologies as per industry needs.
• Provide career guidance and support to students regarding job opportunities and placements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Wellness from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Proven experience as a trainer or instructor in the beauty and wellness sector.
• Knowledge of skincare, haircare, makeup artistry, grooming techniques, and spa therapies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of students and provide personalized guidance.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
• Ability to stay updated on the latest industry trends and product developments.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in curriculum development and module design.
• Certification in advanced beauty and wellness techniques.
• Knowledge of Ayurvedic, holistic, or alternative therapies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
