Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for students in grades 6 to 10, ensuring alignment with the curriculum and educational standards.
Student Assessment: Design and implement assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
Classroom Management: Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and promotes respect for diverse perspectives.
Language Development: Foster students’ proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Hindi through interactive and innovative teaching methods.
Cultural Integration: Incorporate cultural aspects of the Hindi language and Indian literature into lessons, enhancing students' appreciation and understanding.
Parental Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with parents regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements.
Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional growth through workshops, training, and collaboration with colleagues to stay updated on educational best practices.
Extracurricular Involvement: Encourage student participation in Hindi-related activities, such as debates, drama, and poetry recitals, to enhance language skills and boost confidence.
Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Hindi or a related field, along with a B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school or similar educational institution.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and a commitment to student success. Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools.
