Job Summary: The Early Childhood Teacher will be responsible for delivering an engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum for students upto class 2. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Implementation:
- Plan and deliver lessons across all subjects, including literacy, numeracy, science, and social studies.
- Use play-based and experiential learning approaches to make learning enjoyable and effective.
- Child Development:
- Monitor and assess students’ progress and development.
- Provide individual support and guidance to meet diverse learning needs.
- Classroom Management:
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Establish and maintain clear expectations for behavior and academic performance.
- Parent Communication:
- Regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress, activities, and any concerns.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings and workshops to foster a strong home-school connection.
- Professional Development:
- Stay updated with best practices in early childhood education and attend relevant training sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share resources.
- Creative Activities:
- Organize and facilitate creative activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, and outdoor play.
- Encourage exploration and curiosity through hands-on learning experiences.
- NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education.
- Proven experience teaching young children, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and a nurturing approach to student development.
