Tender Executive
Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Tender Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the tendering process, ensuring compliance with company standards and deadlines while preparing and submitting competitive bids.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit tender documents in accordance with client specifications and deadlines.
Analyze tender requirements and collaborate with relevant departments to gather necessary information.
Maintain a database of past tenders and bids to inform future submissions.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and address queries.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform bidding strategies.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the tendering process.
Support the evaluation of tender results and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in tender management or a similar role.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software.
