Prepare ingredients like sugar syrup for the bar set-up
Take food and beverage orders from guests seated at the bar
Take beverage orders from server via order ticket
Plans and presents bar menus, develops new drink recipes and plans for maintenance of classic, specialty and successful drink recipes.
Prepares and mixes ingredients and prepares alcohol cocktails, other alcohol drinks or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant
Interacts with guests, receives comments or complaints, and manages customer relations for the success of the bar operations, service levels and presentation.
