Tellecaller (Female Only)
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Telecaller (Female Only) to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing information to generate sales or appointments. The ideal candidate should be able to handle customer queries, maintain client relationships, and meet set targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce and explain company services to customers over the phone.
- Answer customer queries and address concerns in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up tasks.
- Schedule appointments or sales calls for senior sales teams, if necessary.
- Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with customers.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls and sales.
- Keep updated on product and service details for accurate customer information delivery.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Prior Telecalling or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good listening skills and ability to handle different types of customers.
- Confidence in handling outbound calls and answering inbound queries.
- Ability to maintain positive customer relationships.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Telecommunication: 1 year (Preferred)
