- Product Knowledge: Acquire thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services to answer questions and promote offerings effectively.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database with relevant information.
- Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to potential customers, providing additional information and encouraging conversions.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and report it to the relevant departments for improvement.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales goals.
