Tellecaller
- Outbound Calls:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products/services.
- Conduct surveys or gather feedback to improve customer experience.
- Customer Engagement:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and conversation.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.
- Database Management:
- Maintain and update customer records in the database accurately.
- Track and report on call outcomes and customer interactions.
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads.
- Assist in achieving team sales targets and objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Good listening skills and empathy towards customer needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
