We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers to promote our products/services and generate sales leads.
Contact potential customers by telephone to promote our products/services.
Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of our products/services to prospective customers.
Answer questions about our products/services and address any concerns that customers may have.
Maintain a record of calls made and customer information obtained.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, answer any additional questions, and facilitate the sales process.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and information.
Stay updated with product/service information and sales techniques.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role would be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and influence customers.
Good negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills.
