We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Tele Sales Executive with at least six months to one year of experience in tele sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales over the phone. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building strong customer relationships and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Primary Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Handle customer queries and objections in a professional manner.
Accurately update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures of sales.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance sales strategies.
Skill Requirements:
Minimum six months to one year of experience in tele sales or a similar role.
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
