Job Title: Telesales Expert (Bilingual: Hindi & English)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and achieving sales targets through effective communication via phone calls. You must be fluent in Hindi and English, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, follow-ups, and outreach campaigns.
  • Sales Conversion: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, provide product or service information, and close sales to meet targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, pricing, and benefits to confidently address customer inquiries and offer solutions.
  • CRM Management: Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on leads, calls, and sales activity using CRM tools.
  • Performance Reporting: Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and report on activities to the sales manager.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Hindi and English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for sales and delivering excellent service.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or marketing certifications are a plus.
