Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Build report with prospects and identify their needs.
Present and promote our products/services effectively.
Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and processes.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
