Lead Generation and Qualifying Leads: Identify and qualify potential leads based on customer interest, needs, and buying intent.
Sales Pitching: Presenting products or services to prospective clients over the phone with persuasive communication skills.
Handling Inquiries and Resolving Issues: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintaining Sales Records: Updating CRM systems or databases with customer information, sales activities, and follow-up actions.
Meeting Sales Quotas: Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, or quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
