We are seeking a skilled and experienced Detailer with a strong background in Civil or Architectural design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed construction drawings and blueprints, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Detailer with a strong background in Civil or Architectural design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed construction drawings and blueprints, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 2D/3D drawings for construction projects, including architectural and structural plans.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret design requirements and ensure accuracy.
- Revise drawings based on feedback and ensure all documents comply with industry standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and site teams to clarify design details and resolve issues.
- Prepare and review material lists and estimates based on drawings.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in detailing for civil or architectural projects.
- Proficient in Auto CAD, Revit, or similar design software.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
