Telesales Agent
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our BPO services and solutions.
- Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any concerns and providing timely solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions, client needs, and potential improvements.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM software.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Freshers who have completed their education. (Graduates)
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Email Writing Skills
- Excellent negotiation, convincing and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
