Roles and responsibilities:
- Convince parents through calling
- Maintain, manage & track and follow up on leads by calling them
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
- Track all appointments, reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
- Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback
- Identify and resolve parent & student concerns; recommend a suitable solution
