- Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers to promote various insurance products (life, health, auto, etc.).
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research and networking to expand the customer base.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on insurance policies, products, and market trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with prospects to nurture leads and encourage policy purchases.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to enhance service delivery and product offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and share insights for improvement.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and engage effectively with clients.
- Basic understanding of insurance products and services is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
