Job Description: Tele caller Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to promote products/services and answer customer queries. - Pitch sales and set appointments for the sales team. - Handle incoming calls, provide information about products/services, and resolve customer issues. - Build strong relationships with customers by following up on previous interactions. - Update customer information in CRM systems and maintain accurate records of all calls. - Collect customer feedback to help improve products/services. - Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets. - Upsell or cross-sell products during customer interactions. - Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns. - Submit regular reports on call activities and customer interactions. Skills and Compliance: - Communicate clearly and persuasively to meet customer needs. - Use active listening to understand and resolve customer issues. - Ensure compliance with telecommunication regulations and company policies. - Protect customer privacy and data confidentiality. Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree– A degree in business administration, marketing, or communications is preferred.
