Job Responsibilities:

Schedule:
- Handle outbound/inbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain the products and services offered by the company to customers.
- Clarify customer queries and provide solutions based on their requirements.
- Maintain a detailed database of customers with their interactions and status.
- Follow up with customers for feedback, payment, and sales closures.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and call targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop strategies and improve sales performance.
