Job description We are hiring Tele sales Executives for our Kochi Office Objectives of this role
Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a tele sales executive
Gain a deep understanding of the company’s services and find gaps in the customer’s lives wherein the company’s services fit
Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the tele sales executive skills such as listening, empathy and problem-solving
Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support as a telemarketing executive
Responsibilities
Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the tele sales executive job role
Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
Be aware of the latest industry trends as a tele sales executive
Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
Required skills and qualification
Bachelor's degree preferred with 1 + years experience
Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
