The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and parents, addressing their queries, and nurturing positive relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to gather essential information from clients.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Provide detailed information about our courses and programs.
- Address inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a database of contacted individuals and follow up as necessary.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment processes.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve communication strategies.
*Qualifications:*
- Intermediate diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
