Job Summary:
Birnan & Brond is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our products and services, and assisting with inquiries. Your primary goal will be to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company products and services.
Provide information and answer questions regarding products, services, and promotions.
Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in the database.
Follow up with leads generated from various sources.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to sale.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
