Telecaller
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our dynamic team in the lab-grown jewelry industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential customers over the phone, introduce them to our sustainable, ethically-produced jewelry, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a passion for eco-friendly fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹9,135.33 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and answer inbound queries.
- Present and explain the benefits of lab-grown jewelry.
- Follow up with leads and close sales.
- Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Interest in sustainable and ethical products.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Pay: ₹9,135.33 - ₹15,000.00 per month
