Tele Counselor
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and provide detailed information about our courses/products/services.
- Understand client needs and provide counseling on the right solutions based on their requirements.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate and relevant information to resolve their queries.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads, including personal details, call summary, and outcomes in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects who have shown interest to convert them into leads.
- Support and guide clients through the enrollment process for courses or purchase decision for products.
- Handle objections professionally and provide convincing responses to concerns.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team for lead handover and conversion.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team based on interactions with leads for process improvement.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹37,218.19 per month
