Techshore is looking for a motivated female telecaller with at least 1 year of experience to join our team in Kochi. The candidate should have strong communication skills in Hindi and English and be comfortable with telecalling as well as content creation and video presentations for product introductions.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service.
- Fluent in Hindi and English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Creative and capable of producing videos to introduce products.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and maintaining customer databases.
