We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team at our client company The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our software products and services, generating leads, and setting up appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company’s software products and services.
Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide product information.
Explain features, advantages, and benefits of the software solutions to potential clients.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and addressing any queries.
Update and maintain accurate records of communication with clients in the company’s CRM system.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up.
Follow up with prospects who have been contacted in the past and ensure timely closure of sales leads.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics for calls and lead generation.
Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on customer reactions and product inquiries.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a customer service/sales role (experience in the software industry is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic understanding of software products and IT services is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Fluency in English is essential (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales, preferably in the software/IT industry.
