Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Communicating with customers: Contacting potential and current customers to inform them about products and services, and answering their questions
- Generating sales leads: Making calls to potential customers to generate sales leads
- Supporting staff: Supporting staff with follow-up calls for sales and service activities
- Maintaining customer database: Keeping the customer database updated and accurate
- Processing orders: Taking and processing orders accurately
- Handling grievances: Preserving the company's reputation by handling grievances
- Meeting sales quotas: Facilitating sales by going the extra mile and meeting a sales quota
- Recording sales calls: Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information
