Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. You will also review and integrate the technical architecture requirements and provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security. Your typical day will involve analyzing and evaluating application and technical architecture requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of cloud contact center solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design and develop technical architectures for cloud contact center implementations. - Evaluate and select appropriate hardware, network products, system software, and security solutions. - Ensure the integration of functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements into the technical architecture. - Provide guidance and support to the development team throughout the implementation process. - Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the technical architecture to identify areas for improvement. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cloud contact center technologies. - Train and mentor junior professionals to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - Strong understanding of cloud contact center technologies and best practices. - Experience in reviewing and integrating application requirements. - Knowledge of hardware, network products, system software, and security solutions. - Hands-on experience in designing and developing technical architectures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud contact center platforms such as Amazon Connect or Genesys Cloud. - Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and tools. - Experience in implementing security measures for cloud-based solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
