Role

Designing framework for monthly MIS and QC for SMS activities
Preparation and submission of various MIS reports related to the function
Ensure timely preparation and submission of MIS reports.
Ensure proper checks and controls are in place to maintain accuracy of all MIS.
Ensure smooth functioning and proper monitoring of team through process improvements and automation.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders like business units, BSG teams, IT teams for relevant system reports.
Designing of MIS framework to ensure minimal manual effort with accurate and timely reports of high quality.
Timely escalation to respective BSG teams of all system issues and regular tracking and MIS thereof

Technical capabilities include: MS-Office specially MS-Excel, coding knowledge in SQL/R/Python is added advantage
