The Lead Admin & Security is responsible for managing site-specific administration services like site facilities, transport, security, food etc. and driving day-to-day local level liaisoning activities.

Operational Responsibilities
Assist Lead Admin in managing administration of employee services at sites
Assist Lead Admin in managing all security at the site
Ensure proper upkeep & housekeeping of premises / roads, toilet blocks etc.
Support the Lead Admin in local site-level liaisoning activities
Ensure the cleanliness of Gardens/Lawns as per guidance of management
Ensure legal compliance & implement various suggestion received for improvement of canteen services
Assist Lead Admin for functioning of canteen committee
Ensure hygienic condition and food quality in canteen
Financial Responsibilities
Drive cost effective operations in transport / travel management and hotel bookings for guests
Ensure training of pantry and guests house care takers to offer services similar to luxury ends
Ensure optimum utilization of guest house to recover operational cost
To ensure that all operations are pertained in a cost effective manner
To ensure that budget allocation is adhered
Assist Lead Admin in preparing budgets for Admin Deptt. and ensure adherence to budgets
People Responsibilities
Ensure high productivity at the workplace
Identify training needs for admin staff and facilitate the same in planned way
Liaise with functional heads at site to for building requisite skills & competencies through systematic training & skill-upgradation initiatives for the team
Inspire & motivate employees through demonstrated commitment to PI’s values, vision & mission and active participation in various team engagement activities
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree / PG in Management
Work Experience
5-7 years of experience in facility administration of manufacturing setup / corporate setup
Industry to be Hired from
Any continuous process industry, preferably Chemical, Pharma etc
