Job Description
- Should be a commerce graduate/MBA (Finance), with 12+ years of experience in F&A process
- Strong Experience in People management & development (min 2- 3 years) - Recruiting the right candidate, Talent Management, Appraisal cycle, Comp & Ben, fostering diversity will be valued
- Should possess excellent End-to-End knowledge of F&A Operations
- Bring business knowledge and needs/ requirements from all users to the Process & Solutions Key Users/Business Process Developer/Process Director in process/solution development and improvement activities
- Analyze business issues and business requests from a process and solution perspective
- Strong Experience is People management & development - Recruiting the right candidate, Talent Management, Appraisal cycle, Comp & Ben, fostering diversity will be valued
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skill both written and verbal in English to collaborate with the internal stakeholders (Ot C, Pt P, Rt R) & external stakeholders (Country Finance Teams, Business & External Partners)
- Strong problem-solving skills, Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable & interacting with the global teams/ stakeholders
- Proven track record in contribution to Process, Quality & Efficiency improvements through Lean/ 6Sigma, Kaizens, Automations, RPA implementations
- Ensure adherence in internal control and compliance of external audit requirements
- Ability to drive the team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Should be open to any shifts
