Supervisor
· He has to supervise, monitor and control activities on site.
· The concerned person will be responsible for daily activities like site maintenance, collection follow-up, and tenant relationship.
· He will act as a link between the manager and vendors, taking care of vendor management –quotation preparation and making comparative.
· Implements and enforces systems, policies and procedures
· Responsible for MIS reporting.
· Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.
· Controls expenses by gathering and submitting budget information, scheduling expenditures, monitoring variances and implementing corrective actions.
Graduate with 4 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, accommodation will be given from the company side
: Guwahati
Guwahati non locals will be preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
