Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mentorship and training to English teachers, fostering effective teaching strategies.
- Assist in curriculum planning and development, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance data to inform teaching practices.
- Collaborate with the academic coordinator to implement best practices in English language instruction.
- Organize and facilitate workshops or training sessions for English teachers.
- Ensure inclusive and differentiated learning approaches to cater to diverse student needs.
- Support teachers in the use of educational technology and resources for English teaching.
- Lead initiatives to enhance reading, writing, and communication skills in students.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching English at the primary level.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to mentor and motivate teachers.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and resources.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
