Role Overview:
The Science Teacher is responsible for teaching science subjects to primary or secondary school students, delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and critical thinking. This role involves lesson planning, laboratory experiments, and helping students understand scientific concepts through practical application.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans for science subjects, ensuring alignment with the school’s curriculum.
- Teach and explain scientific concepts in an engaging and accessible manner to students.
- Conduct practical experiments and demonstrations to reinforce theoretical knowledge.
- Encourage inquiry-based learning and critical thinking skills in students.
- Evaluate and monitor students' progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment, ensuring proper use of scientific equipment.
- Prepare students for science fairs, competitions, and examinations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary lessons and school projects.
- Stay updated on new scientific research and advancements, integrating them into lessons.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching science at the primary or secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of scientific concepts and laboratory procedures.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students to develop a passion for science.
- Experience in preparing students for national or international science exams.
- Experience in integrating technology into science education.
