Role Description:-
- Make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in studying abroad.
- Explain the complete package of services offered by our consultancy, including counseling, application assistance, visa support, and more.
- Address any questions or concerns the students may have about studying abroad.
- Persuade potential students of the benefits of choosing our consultancy services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure they have all the information needed to make an informed decision.
- Collaborate with the counseling team to ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to enrollment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, visa regulations, and educational opportunities abroad.
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with prospective students and their families.
