Job Description - Staff Nurse
Taking daily rounds with doctor and providing treatment to the patient as per the Advice.
Frequent patient evaluations
Including monitoring and tracking vital signs
Administering medications
Maintaining the patient records
Give instructions to the patient regarding medicines & precautions
Check the patient before going to the OT (side mark, jewels)
Answer the patient query
Answer patients' call bells, deliver messages
Inform the consultant about the investigation reports
be aware of the patient regarding their conditions and need for nursing care
Ensure good nursing care, delegating duties to the staff
Ensures standards of care.
