Key Responsibilities :

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team for effective patient care and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records on patient conditions.
- Ensure the proper operation of medical equipment and instruments.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medical procedures, and care plans.
- Support and mentor junior nursing staff, when necessary.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe, and secure working environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay updated with current healthcare practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Physical stamina and emotional resilience.
- Preferred Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Hindi, English and Telugu.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
