Staff Nurse
To supervise, guide and direct the staff Nurses in ward to carry out treatment of the patients as prescribed by the physician/surgeon of the unit and ensure proper maintenance of records.Working as a registered ward nurse, you are expected to check vital signs. Provide direct patient care conducting physical and psychological assessments, administer medications, collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide holistic care. Interpret lab and other diagnostic test.
