Staff Nurse
· Assessing and planning nursing care requirements
· Recording medical histories and other patient records
· Taking patient samples, pulse, temperature, and blood pressure of all patients.
· Assist the doctors in focused areas and aid for improved diagnosis and therapy.
· Perform assessment data collection and documents subjective data (chief complaint and allergies) and objective data (vital signs/weight/etc.).
· Assessment of the urgency and severity of problems presented by history taking and examination before referral to the appropriate clinician or service
· To work under the immediate control, guidance and supervision of the Medical Officer in-charge of the facility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
