Staff Engr Cloud
We are seeking an accomplished Staff Engineer specializing in Platform Engineering & Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in cloud technologies, platform architecture, infrastructure design, and strong leadership skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; Master's degree preferred.
- 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 5 Years of experience in platform engineering, cloud architecture, or a related field.
- Extensive hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, Kubernetes, etc.
- Strong proficiency in infrastructure as code (Ia C) tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, or ARM templates.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of cloud-based platforms and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Architect and implement highly available, fault-tolerant systems on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define platform requirements, establish best practices, and drive architectural decisions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to platform engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in cloud computing, platform engineering, and infrastructure automation. Drive initiatives to enhance platform security, compliance, and governance, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
