Shift Timings:
The Spoken English Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality spoken English training to students, helping them improve their communication skills, pronunciation, grammar, and overall fluency. This role involves creating an engaging learning environment, conducting classes, and evaluating student progress.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

- 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)
The Spoken English Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality spoken English training to students, helping them improve their communication skills, pronunciation, grammar, and overall fluency. This role involves creating an engaging learning environment, conducting classes, and evaluating student progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct spoken English training sessions during the evening shift (5:00 PM to 11:00 PM).
- Develop and deliver lesson plans that focus on improving students' speaking, listening, and conversational skills.
- Use interactive teaching methods to engage students and encourage active participation.
- Monitor the progress of students and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Prepare assessments and evaluate student performance regularly.
- Adapt teaching methods based on the varying proficiency levels of students.
- Ensure that students develop confidence and fluency in spoken English.
- Provide individualized support to students needing extra help.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Spoken English Trainer or similar role.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates with relevant teaching or training experience.
- Passion for teaching and helping students improve.
- Ability to simplify complex language concepts for better understanding.
- Patience, adaptability, and the ability to motivate students.
- Proficiency in using teaching tools and technology for interactive learning.
- ₹15,000 per month.
