Sonography Typist
Job Description:
Pay: ₹12,857.65 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Typing and Transcription: Accurately transcribe sonography reports dictated by radiologists or sonographers.
- Medical Terminology: Use correct medical terminology related to sonography, ensuring accuracy in the reports.
- Document Management: File, store, and retrieve sonography reports as needed. Ensure that all reports are properly organized.
- Data Entry: Enter patient information, test results, and other data into the healthcare facility's system.
- Proofreading: Review and proofread reports for grammatical and medical accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sonographers, radiologists, and other medical professionals to ensure reports are completed in a timely manner.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with healthcare privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA).
- Proficiency in typing with speed and accuracy.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, especially in radiology/sonography.
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
Pay: ₹12,857.65 - ₹18,000.00 per month
